Who we are. NRAP Academy (PainExam) is operated by QBazaar.com, LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the terms of our text message program.

Information we collect. When you create an account, buy a course, or download a free resource, we collect your name, email address, professional role, and course activity. If you choose to give us a mobile phone number, we collect that too. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it. We use your information to deliver courses and CME, provide support, send the resources you request, and send email or text messages about NRAP Academy courses and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.

SMS / text message program. If you provide your mobile number and agree on a signup form, you consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from NRAP Academy (QBazaar.com) about courses, CME, and events. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages and only as needed to do so.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, process payments, deliver email and text messages, and provide CME credit, and when required by law.

Security and retention. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your choices. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to remove your phone number or email from our lists, by emailing [email protected].

Changes. We may update this page from time to time; the effective date above will change when we do.
